All of the orders on this website are processed by our logistical partners Haul & Store, 17 Admiralty Way, Camberley, GU15 3DT.
You will receive an order confirmation email once you have placed your order. You will subsequently receive a dispatch email when the order is processed.
To keep things simple, fast, and affordable, we now offer one straightforward delivery option:
Evri 1–2 Working Day Delivery – £4.25 (FREE on orders over £40)
Please note: If you place your order before 1 PM (Monday to Friday) and we’ll dispatch it the same day. Most customers receive their order the next working day, but please allow up to 2 working days for delivery, depending on your location or courier volume.
Orders placed after 1PM on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and typically delivered on Tuesday-Wednesday.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive full tracking details by email or SMS from Evri, including your estimated delivery window. You can manage your delivery directly on Evri’s website.
This service applies to Mainland UK. For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, delivery might take a minimum of two working days. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team at info@rosalique.co.uk.

We have quite a few partners operating around the world, so please have a look to see if our products are not already available in your local market. If you do wish to order from our UK website, our flat rate is £18.00 for a fully tracked Royal Mail service. Some countries unfortunately do not offer a fully tracked service at the local Royal Mail partner. In those rare cases we aim to find the next best solution and keep you closely informed along the way.
