Returns
You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. A refund will be issued for the product only, excluding any applicable shipping fees.
Please ensure products are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
In line with hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used – we hope you understand.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
Send us your order number, a short description of the issue, and a few clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund (excluding any applicable shipping fees) for any items that have arrived damaged or faulty.
How to Request a Return
To start the return process, please email our Customer Care Team at info@rosalique.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send over further instructions and the return shipping address.
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Additional Notes
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
We reserve the right to decline a return if the product doesn’t meet our return criteria.
