I started using the 3-in-1 cream two years ago and find it is the best product for my skin all year round. My face appears to glow and it has definitely improved the flare ups.
I recently tried the overnight cream which goes a surprisingly long way. Again very impressed with the condition of my skin. I therefore went all the way and have just started using the cleansing balm too. I have found that the cleansing balm also goes a long way with not very much required for the desired results. Whilst my skin feels and looks good after using this cleanser I find it hard to remove. It feels heavy and doesn’t emulsify. I feel like I’m getting through loads of face flannels which then need washing. Will not buy again.

This is an unusual cleanser. It has a waxy texture that melts makeup well and leaves a slight coat on the skin after removing with the bamboo cloth and water which unlike other cleansers avoids that tight just cleansed feeling. For rosacea sufferers this is a great benefit.

Wanted to try this so was able to while it was on offer pre christmas. So glad i did. it has a lovely texture and moisturising feeling. It cleans all of my make up off very well, doesnt dry my skin which is the important part for me, so much that i dont always add face oil afterwards.

I love the miracle formula and wear that daily. I don’t like to wear foundations and this product gives a lovely, natural coverage while dulling the redness.
I have wanted to love the cleanser, but unfortunately, I find it incredibly thick and difficult to remove. I find that it takes an awful lot to fully remove it, and even then it still feels sticky. If it gets in your eyes it’s horrible! Going to have to search for a different product, which is a shame because it is expensive!

Quite a greasy feel to it and it does take a fair bit to remove it all. Not good for eyemake up removal as leaves me with milky vision. Will persevere to see if it further helps with rosacea and dry patches.

I already use the anti-redness miracle formula daily for my rosacea which I think is brilliant but was I still using everyday facewipes to remove my makeup at night which contained alcohol and did nothing to help my skin. I've since been using the balm cleanser for a week now instead and have already starting to notice my skin looking far less red and irritated in the morning, it feels smoother and looks a lot clearer too! Really pleased with the results so far and would definitely recommend.

As others have mentioned, a very greasy product not unlike Vaseline that is difficult to remove and requires soap to remove from hands. Leaves my skin feeling tacky and requires a hot face cloth to remove which dries my skin. Sadly not for me. Back to my old creamy cleanser.

Like others, I find this too greasy (it’s like applying Vaseline) and then difficult to remove with a cloth and then I have to use soap to remove from hands. Sadly not for me and will return to previous cream cleanser. It would be good to have a ‘money back’ if not happy

I love this 3 in 1 balm cleanser! A little bit goes a long way, a pea sized amount covers my face and jawline, no problem! It melts away makeup during application and a small micro fibre pad dipped in warm water, comfortably removes the balm and make up without pulling the skin. My face feels moisturised and clean. I do prefer to use it at night as the balm leaves a light sheen on the skin.

Thought I’d give this a go but not keen to be honest. Feels just like Vaseline on my face. I will continue to trial it but will probably go back to my previous products - one which glides off easily with a cotton pad and one which foams and washes off with water.

Quite a greasy product when used as a cleanser, leaves a film on my skin which I have to scrub quite hard with a cloth to get off, this causes irritation to my skin which defeats to point of using it to reduce redness. Might be better as a face mask, does remove make up, but unpleasant on the skin.
